Lagos, Oct 4, 2023 –

The Nigeria real estate sector provides ample investment opportunities. According Bartholomew Egbochie, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of ATCO Homes, the high prospect in the sector is driven by surging urbanisation in key cities such as Lagos. Egbochie made this assertion as his real estate firm commemorated the 2023 Customer Service Week (CSW) recently.

He said, “Presently, there is a high prospect for real estate investment in Nigeria and this is driven by high urbanization and population growth rates.”

He added that land banking and home ownership would provide real incentives that would help investors make enough yield on investment in the coming years.

Reiterating his company’s commitment to helping its growing investor base achieve their aspiration of owning a home in choice areas and building a rewarding investment portfolio, he said, “We have helped enhance the commercial real estate market in the country. We prioritise customer satisfaction 365 days a year. Our customer satisfaction rate is excellent. It is important to reiterate our commitment to this important customer focus as the world marks Customer Service Week.”

He further firm affirmed the business’ commitment as part of the week-long global celebration of the importance of customer service.

“More, we are a formidable partner in our clients’ journeys to creating a wealthier life. This is because we understand their aspirations. At every step on their fulfillment journey, we will be there. Our estates are located in the fast-growing Ibeju-Lekki area which underlines our commitment to helping all our clients achieve those fine aspirations of owning a home in choice locations and building high-yielding real estate investment portfolios. We are proven and trusted,” he explained.

While Customer Service Week is usually held on the first full week of October, this year’s edition is taking place between October 2nd through October 6th. It focuses on customers and what businesses should do to meet the customers’ aspirations. Businesses across Europe, Africa, America, and Asia amongst others have kick-started events to drumbeat commitment to excellent service delivery as a strategic tool for delighting customers.

The Ibeju-Lekki area of Lagos where ATCO Homes’ estates are located has recently become a hotbed for real estate investment, owing to many evident developmental factors. ATCO’s estate in Ibeju Lekki comprises of Nations View Estate, Cloud View Estate, Bliss Vale Estate; The Blue Ocean Estate, The Dove Estate, Brampton Lake, Milton Estate, Oakville Garden, and Angle Blue Estate, witnessing massive development.
